Level 2 certification is good for three years. Coaches have two options to recertify:
Option 1
Complete a Level 2 certification online.
Option 2
Complete a recertification course and a recertification quiz for each sport.
Coaches with Level 2 certifications in gymnastics must recertify with Option 2. Coaches who are Level 2 certified in multiple sports can get recertified for all of their sports at the same time using Option 2.

Coach items
Each coach who becomes Level 2 certified or recertified in a sport is able to order one coach item per calendar year. Please note: If you haven’t completed a Level 2 training or recertification course this year, or if you’ve already received an item for the year, you will not be shipped an item. Level 1 certifications don’t qualify you to receive a coach item.
